Privacy Policy
This policy explains what happens to your personal data when you visit this website or get in touch. The short version: the site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and loads nothing from third-party servers. The only personal data handled here is what you choose to send through the contact form or by email.
Who is responsible
This website is operated by [full legal name], an independent content creator based in [city, country]. You can reach me at collab@alenaugcpro.com. Under data protection law I am the controller of the data described below.
What data is processed, and why
Inquiries. When you submit the contact form, your entries (name, email address, brand, budget, deliverables, usage and your message) are sent to FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a form-forwarding service, which emails them to my inbox. If that service cannot be reached, the site opens your own email app with a prefilled message instead, and you decide whether to send it. I use them only to reply to you and, if we agree to work together, to plan, produce and deliver the project. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract and performing that contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)). Emails are kept for as long as needed to handle the inquiry and any collaboration that follows, and afterwards only as long as tax and accounting law requires.
Server logs. Like every website, this one is delivered by a hosting provider whose servers automatically record technical data about each request: IP address, date and time, the page requested, browser type and the referring page. This is necessary to deliver the site and keep it secure (legitimate interest, GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). Logs are deleted after a short period and are not combined with any other data. No cookies, no tracking. This site does not set cookies, does not use analytics, advertising or social media plug-ins, and does not load fonts, scripts, videos or images from third-party servers. Everything you see is hosted on this site; the only data that leaves it is a form entry you choose to submit.
Who receives your data
Your data is never sold or shared for marketing. It is only ever seen by:
- FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), which forwards contact form entries to my inbox.
- My email provider, Google (Google Workspace), which stores the messages you send me. Google may process data in the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.
- My hosting provider, Vercel Inc. (United States), for the server logs described above.
- Accountants or legal advisers, where the law requires it.

This site links to my Instagram profile. Once you leave this site, Meta's privacy policy applies, not this one.
Your rights
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, you have the right to access the data I hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its processing, to receive it in a portable format and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. To exercise any of these rights, email collab@alenaugcpro.com.
Residents of California and other US states with privacy laws have similar rights. This site does not sell or share personal information as those laws define it.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 16 and I do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
I may update this policy when the site changes. The date at the top shows the latest version.
